This report shows all documents with the selected custom field value and initials during a selecteddate range.
Target Audience:
Clinical staff, admin.

3. Report Filters & Parameters
| Filter Name | Description |
| Run Document Report By Date Span | Restricts results to a selected date range |
| Run Document Report By Date Span and Initals | Restricts results to a selected date range and initials on the document |
| Run Document Report By Date Span and Custom Value | Restricts results to a selected date range and Custom value on the document |
Run Document Report By Date Span, Custom Value and Initials | Restricts results to a selected date range, Custom value and initials on the document |
| Select Start/End Date | Restricts results to a selected date range |
| Initials | Restricts results to the initials on the document |
| Select All | Restricts results to one or more Document types |
