| Outstanding Claims exceeding Timely Filing Warning (# of days) | Restricts the results to claims exceeding the timely filing warning |
| Outstanding Claims exceeding Timely Filing Allowance (# of Days) | Restricts the results to claims exceeding the timely filing allowance |
| Include Removed Claims (RC) | Results to include the removed claims |
| Include Summarized History | Results to include a summary note from the claim history |
| Location | Restricts results to one or more locations |
| Sort by Date of Services | Sorts the results by date of service in descending order |
| Sort by Days past Threshold | Sorts the results by number of days pending in descending order |

| Balance | Amount due from Insurance Carriers |
| Due from | Name of the Insurance Carrier where the amount is due from |
| History | Summarizes the claims history with latest notes |
