This report shows the fee schedules of the procedure codes for the selected insurance types in the selected year

3. Report Filters & Parameters
| Filter Name | Description |
| Select Year | Restricts the results to the selected year |
| Select Specialty of Doctor | Restricts the results to one specialty |
| Select Location | Restricts the results to one location |
| Sort Fee Schedules By Procedure code | Sorts the results by Procedure code |
| Sort Fee Schedules By Procedure description | Sorts the results by description of the procedure code |
| Sort Fee Schedules By QWIK code | Sorts the results by QWIK code |
| Sort Order | Results can be sorted in ascending or descending order |
| Select Insurance Type | Restricts the results to the selected Insurance Type |
4. Output Columns

| Description/ QWIK Code | Description of the procedure code and QWIK code |
| Selected Insurance Types | Name of the insurance type selected in the filters |
5. Report Grouping / Sorting Behavior
Grouped by Procedure Group, sorted by the selected sorting filters

Available for export in PDF, Excel and CSV format
7. Special Notes / Tips
- Not more than 8 insurance types can be selected at a time to fit the report
