3. Report Filters & Parameters
| Filter Name | Description |
| Location | Restricts the results to one or more locations |
| Resources | Restricts the results to one or more resources |
| Appointment Date Span | Restricts the appointments to selected date span |
| Show Only Procedures tied to Appointment Type | Restricts the results to procedure codes tied to appointment types |
4. Output Columns
| Column Name | Description |
| Acct# | Account number of the patient |
| Patient | Name of the patient |
| CPT | Procedure code |
| Description | Description of the procedure code |
| Previous Date | Last performed date of the procedure |
| Days Before Allowing CPT | Number of days left before performing the procedure again |
| Next Scheduled Date | Next appointment date for the same procedure to be performed again |
5. Report Grouping / Sorting Behavior
Grouped by Location and physician, sorted by Patient account number
6. Export Options
Available for export in PDF, Excel and CSV format
7. Special Notes / Tips
- Report is by procedure codes and not by procedure groups
